ORDER GUIDELINES

Brand Marketing & Promotions

EMBROIDERY GUIDELINES:

  • All orders received after 12pm EST enter schedule on next day.
  • Production Schedule: 10-15 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise, and Approval.
  • Art charge may incur if we need to rebuild a logo.
  • All payment arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.
  • All stitch counts rounded to the next thousand.
  • We do not embroider leather goods.
  • SHIRTS AND HATS are not combined for quantity pricing.
  • Some logos will incur a digitizing charge which are billed at our cost.

All embroidery orders are subject to a 2% spoilage rate or minimum 1 garment.   We do everything possible to make sure there are no errors.  All products failing final inspection are removed from final shipment.

SCREEN PRINTING GUIDELINES:

  • All orders received after 12pm EST enter schedule on next day.
  • Production Schedule: 7-10 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise, and Approval.
  • All payment arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.

All print orders are subject to a 2% spoilage rate or minimum 1 garment.   We do everything possible to make sure there are no errors.  All products failing final inspection are removed from final shipment.

SPECIAL INKS:

  • Metallic: add $0.25 per piece per location
  • Neon Inks - add $0.25 per item per location

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS GUIDELINES

  • All orders received after 12pm EST enter schedule on next day.
  • Production Schedule varies based on the product:
  • Manufacturers ship over/under 10%.  The overages are billed back to the customer
  • Shipping is billed back at exact cost.
